Northwest Indiana's volleyball scene has been disrupted by KeAloha Volleyball Club, establishing itself as the Region's top choice for aspiring young athletes. With a blend of professional experience, collegiate success, and a commitment to player development and college recruiting, KeAloha has quickly become the gold standard for both girls' and boys' volleyball training in the area.

The club's success in player advancement is nothing short of remarkable. In just four full seasons since launching its girls' program, KeAloha has helped 37 female players secure commitments to college programs across various levels, including NCAA Divisions I, II, and III, as well as NAIA and JUCO institutions.

The boys' program, now in its fifteenth season, has an equally impressive track record, with 33 male players committed to college programs in the last ten years. These statistics are a testament to the club’s effectiveness in not only player development, but their North Star focus – help players get recruited to play at the next level of higher education.

At the helm of this program is Club Director Craig Cromwell, whose extensive resume speaks volumes about the club. Cromwell's background includes professional play on the AVP beach volleyball tour and a decade-long stint as a D1 Volleyball coach at Valparaiso University. He also founded the Chesterton High School boys volleyball team in 2011 and led them to back-to-back Indiana State Championships in 2014 and 2015. He currently coaches the 18-1 National (girls) team which has qualified for USAV National Championships three consecutive years (2022, 2023, and 2024) and he also coaches the men’s professional team at KeAloha.

KeAloha's coaching staff is full of similar talent, with 95% of the training staff either having coached or played at collegiate, international, or professional volleyball levels. In fact, many of them are active college and professional players and coaches. The staff includes coaches from the United States, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Belize and Venezuela. Several of the staff are active high school Varsity coaches throughout the Region, further bridging the gap between club volleyball and school programs, providing a comprehensive development pathway for players.

This wealth of high-level experience ensures that young athletes receive guidance from those who have excelled at the sport's highest levels, not just as players, but humans too.

KeAloha National teams face off against the best competition in the country at multiple USAV qualifiers and other supplementary events such as Central Zones, President's Day, Hoosier Region Qualifiers, Bluegrass, Nike Mideast Qualifier (MEQ), Windy City National Qualifier (WCNQ), Under Armour 18s National Championships, JVA World Challenge and the USAV National Championships. This challenging schedule is designed to consistently test players against the best, fostering rapid improvement and exposure to college recruiters.

For regionally-focused talent, KeAloha also offers Regional teams that compete in high-quality tournaments in Northwest Indiana and the Chicagoland area. This approach allows developing players to experience competitive play without the added expenses of overnight stays, making top-level volleyball more accessible to a broader range of families.

All National team events are within a five-hour radius, eliminating the need for airline travel. This reduces costs and logistical challenges for families while still providing access to elite competition.

In addition to elite junior volleyball, KeAloha Volleyball club features a men's professional team competing in the Volleyball League of America (VLA), with plans to add a women's team in the future. This professional link offers young players a tangible goal to aspire to and provides unique opportunities for mentorship. Many of KeAloha's coaches continue to play at an elite level, allowing them to demonstrate the skills and techniques they teach, inspiring the next generation of volleyball stars.

KeAloha Volleyball Club has rapidly established itself as the premier juniors' volleyball club in Northwest Indiana for both girls and boys ages 12 through 18. By combining professional expertise, a proven track record of collegiate placements, strategic tournament participation, and a direct link to professional volleyball, KeAloha offers a comprehensive program that nurtures talent from the grassroots to the elite level.

For young volleyball players in Northwest Indiana dreaming of taking their game to the next level, KeAloha Volleyball Club stands ready to turn those dreams into reality. With its unparalleled coaching, competitive opportunities, and pathway to collegiate and professional play, KeAloha is not just developing great volleyball players – it's shaping the future of the sport in the Region.
